Fairly clean hotel, HELPFUL staff & excellent location on the lagoon connected to the sea. Tidy, huge units provided with large balconies, WiFi, stunning view. Plenty of great food.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the city, relatively close to Panagia Kera Church.

Our whole experience was great, would recommend. Staff were lovely and the hotel was gorgeous, it had brilliant location in the lake.

It was a really really nice stay, lovely quiet and well priced place. The staff were exceptionally nice and an absolute pleasure. The twin room was new-fashioned with a fabulous view, the bed was nice.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in studio suite with an electric kettle, climate control and a personal safe. Location so close to beaches as well as Agios Nikolaos for the celebrations connected to the church of Saint Nicholas and Saint Nicholas Day on the 6th December.

stayed for 14 nights, the hotel was luxurious and clean, it had good location next to the pretty lake. our twin room had a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment and a tv. the bed was nice, and the bathroom was spacious. location: the venue was short walk to agios nikolaos for the celebrations connected to the church of saint nicholas, shops, beaches, restaurants and bars, and the restaurants. stopped by cafe hellas to get some coffee and treats, it's really close to the venue, recommend.

The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, especially during Easter. We had chosen a studio with a lake view, and it was definitely worth it. The picturesque scenery during the day and the charming ambiance at night made our stay truly memorable. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated near the lake and close to the shopping areas, making it convenient for us to explore and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the surrounding area.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. One major issue was the lack of reception staff available outside of the scheduled hours.

Affordable hotel in a pedestrian area just next door to the harbor, amplifies the music and boat trips from the harbour. Great food quality. Unbeatable and absolutely incredible location for our visit to Spinalonga around 10-15 minutes walk from the property.

No parking at all.

Luxury hotel, all of the staff were helpful and exceptionally nice, excellent location close to nightlife. I loved the room — it was well-kept and good-sized with large balconies and a fabulous view plus amazing views. The stay was really really nice.

Location: the hotel was not far from Agios Nikolaos, the tourist area and the centre of the town. The staff was great and responsive to what we asked for.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the spacious rooms and well-equipped kitchen facilities. The lake views from our daughter's room were breathtaking, and the balcony provided a perfect spot for relaxation. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance to the ferry port, making it convenient for our upcoming trip. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring our check-in process was smooth and even going the extra mile to confirm the ferry timetable for us.

We felt very comfortable during our stay and had no reason to complain.

The room was a decent size and compact and had private bathroom plus tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge. The bed was nice & the staff there were exceptionally nice. It had good location with access to Panagia Kera Church nearby.

A must see hotel, I would stay here again. Clean, excellent value property, its location was perfect and magnificent and so close to lake area reverbs as well as the centre of Agios.
